We’re making a big push to reach 100% completion on our SB12 forms in Skyward. Some students still don’t have a response on file — here’s how you can complete it today:

1️⃣ Quickest way: Log in to your student’s Skyward portal and complete the SB12 form (updated mid-September).
2️⃣ Paper option: A paper copy is available in the front office. You can sign it and turn it in for your student, or complete one during Muffins with Moms on 11/13. ☕💜💛

📣 Moms — please remember to complete a paper copy while you’re here for Muffins with Moms with your scholar!
