Galaxy! In 8th Grade Science, the student is expected to categorize galaxies as spiral, elliptical, and irregular and locate Earth's solar system within the Milky Way galaxy. Instructor Bural & Instructor Patterson students make a galaxy brochure in class.
📝National Letter Writing Day is observed on December 7th. It's a day to celebrate the art of handwritten letters. Take the time to write a personal note that is thoughtful to share with a loved one, a family member, or a close friend.

🧤Mitten Tree Day! December 6th is Mitten Tree Day celebrates the gift of warmth. It’s a day to collect mittens and then hand them out to those in need. If you have a gently used pair of gloves/mittens that you would like to donate, then please drop them off to our front office. Our CIS Counselor will see that they go to a child in need. Thank you!
7th Grade Instructor Lee's students are using text evidence to support character traits. Excellent work students! Let's keep up this level of rigor in the classroom.
Semester 1 Exam Schedule Fall 2024
6th Grade Math students are learning in Instructor Loudermilk's and Instructor King's classes about percents, decimals, and fractions. Be sure to have your students tell you how to change a percent to a decimal, a decimal to a percent, and a fraction to a decimal. Great work!
